“I have recently taken out a 2nd home insurance and I4ME wanted to charge me an uplift on last year, I then said I would hunt for a cheaper price and they found an alternative Insurance underwriter 25% cheaper straiight away. I would have preferred my renewal to have been the best they could find straight away without me pushing for a cheaper policy. This would build client trust and repeated business.”

“We have holiday home insurance through i4me and had a couple of queries regarding the details in our renewal documents. So we rang them and got through very quickly and they clarified our queries clearly and concisely after which we renewed our policy and hence the Five Star rating.”

“I have insured my holiday rental with i4me for several years and have just returned to them when my most recent provider increased their premium I have found i4me efficient, offering to remind me as renewal date approached and sending comprehensive documentation electronically. Fortunately I have no experience of making a claim!”
