“I was a returning customer and I wanted to set up a new Unoccupied House policy for a property I plan to extend and renovate. It wasn't straightford and there was a fair bit of tooing and froing by phone and email. However all our queries and amendments were handled efficiently, politely and without fuss. Altogether an excellent service.”
