“Good cover for what we need, but rather disappointed that the premium has gone up this year, whereas other property insurance we have has gone down. Bringing this to the attention of your agent hit a brick wall.”

“Not the cheapest quote for 2nd home insurance, but this reflects the greater range of cover provided. When speaking with i4me telephone staff I found them very pleasant and helpful. No attempt to "hard sell" on renewal.”

“I have only given four stars because I have not had to make a claim or engage with the difficult aspects of insurance when things go wrong. However, if this was based on customer service regarding renewals then it would have been 5 stars. I renewed my policy becasue of the freindly call I received from Matt and the quick and efficient service I received when I called to do the renewal.”
