“Very easy and simple procedure,”

“The quote process was simple and the agents friendly and helpful. I had some questions regarding the policy and they were happy to help with these in a timely and informative manner. The policy itself is broadly similar to many others on the market from what I can tell from research. As with all insurance the real test of the service and product would be if I needed to make a claim and I can't comment on this (hence 4 star rating).”

“Efficient administration. Helpful reminders leading up to renewal date to make sure I didn't forget to renew. Only reason not 5 stars is because the policy's price went up again this year, although to be fair the quotes I obtained elsewhere were even higher.”

“They contacted me to say that the Insurance Company [Axix] was increasing the premium from last year's £430 to this year at £505! I didn't understand why so I spoke to them. Guess what they managed to find another Insurance firm [Aviva] who could do it for £390!! It was well worth me calling them or else I would have had to pay an extra £125!!”

“Overall I am pleased with the service I received. As with most companies who try to do most of their business electronically it can be extremely frustrating at times. I asked for a different quote to exclude contents and have buildings only. I received the quote electronically and it had gone up over £100. It was sent without explanation so I was forced to call for an explanation. Once discussing the alternatives with an agent it all made sense and I was in a position to make an informed choice.”
