“The company is efficient and effective. They contacted me in good time for my renewal. An email was followed up with a phonecall. The voice message left was pleasant, concise and not, I am pleased to note, a hard sell. I renewed online and this was a quick and straightforward process. Their rates were reasonable and competitive and the breakdown of the charge was clear to understand. All in all, it was a positive experience in all ways.”
