“Policy was everything I required and at a reasonable price. You contacted myself from a previously unsuccessful quote with an improved offering, which is why I chose yourselves. The process from thereon was relatively painless (other than having to par twith the money!)”

“I spoke with a lady from Norwich called 'Liz'. She arranged a policy which exactly matched my needs with no fuss by asking the relevant questions. After filling in a 'second home' questionnaire for a policy, Liz was on the phone within a few minutes and had the deal sewn up in a very short time.”

“I was searching for a more exclusive type of both home and selfcatering insurance when I found i4me I called them and within seconds they were able to start a quote everything was clear if I was unsure the question was repeated or clarified, I was help by explantion in areas where I was unsure this allowed me to give accurate answers and then when I was provided with the quotes they were not pushy, I purchased both products within hours. I was really pleased at how easy and helpful this task was made hence the 5 stars.”

“Very easy to obtain an initial quote online. Then the customer service team were really knowledgeable and helpful when confirming my final quote and answering a few questions I had about the policy. Also very competitively priced. Overall I'm very happy with the service and product received.”
