“I was so grateful that they contacted me as I was so busy that it kept being put at the bottom of the pile. Four stars instead of 5 simply because I thought the rise in the yearly payment a bit steep, but Ive simply not had the time to shop around.”

“When I received my renewal quote it was higher than other insurers. When I called to cancel the lady offered to see if anything could be done to match the other insurers. The lady was able to do this and offered me a couple of options dependent on the voluntary excess. I have since renewed with one of those options.”

“Great brokers - they've found me a brilliant insurance quotes for my holiday let for the past few years. Thankfully I haven't needed to make a claim though, so can't comment on what they're like if they were needed to help with anything.”
