“The chap who renewed my insurance for me was friendly and polite. He happily explained the details of the increase in my premium and was empathic in his approach. Whilst I am unhappy about the increase, your chaps very pleasant manner meant that I could find the process more acceptable.”

“When I first took out our holiday let insurance through i4me I was very impressed with their professional appproach and the advice given. I recently received our insurance renewal papers and raised a number of points, all of which were dealt with very promptly and again in a very professional manner. I have now renewed the insurance and would recommend i4me highly.”

“I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by i4me. I spoke with a gentleman called Adam Mixer who was excellent. He was polite, very informative and very helpful. “Having requested a quote online I was contacted by telephone very quickly to be asked for a bit of clarification about my proprty. Lee the representative I was speaking with was extremely helpful and efficient, explaining the range of cover available and cost.. I would definitely recommend i4me brokers for efficiency and communication aswell as being competitive”
