“A bit disappointed as this is our second year with I4me and they added an admin charge which wasn't there last year. Couldn't tell us why or what it was for. No where near as helpful at renewel as they were when we took out the policy.”

“The information is clear and helpful and phone service is good. However, I was given an original quote of £530 which was subsequently reduced to £370 after a phone call. Why could I not have been offered the lower quote in the first instance?”
