“Having a telephone conversation with a member of staff a lovely lady, she was so friendly, helpful and very polite. I was put at ease and renewing my insurance was easy and very straightforward. On my request asking for the hard copy she immediately assure me that this was not a problem and would be in the post.”

“Easy and quick to renew my insurance. Eacted promptly when we had a water leak between the meter and the property and instructed a very helpful company to find and cure the leak and reinstate the grounds so that you couldnot tell anything had happened. Very satisfied indeed.”
