“Renewal of Home Insurance is usually a bit of a headache, but not this time. Complicated by the need for extended trips abroad my needs were satisfied quickly and efficiently. happy to remain with i4me - many thanks for making this annual task easy.”

“Easy to deal with, used the web initially then also had a telephone conversation. Straight forward to understand what I am or am not covered for. Easy to use web for quote. Reason for not giving 5 stars is the £37 admin fee which I think I steep compared to other brokers”

“Phone enquiry answered quickly . I asked why my premium had increased 25% on last year and this explained as due to post code review, so not much I could do about that but I did negotiate a small discount. The handling was efficient , polite and friendly , I just think the Industry in general could be more supportive to repeat customers in terms of renewal prices.”
