“Efficient regards policy reminder due date. Easy and pleasant to speak to. Have not had to claim as yet so cannot comment on claim handling. Only negative is my way above inflation % annual increase in fees for my holiday home insurance. However, that may reflect what is presently available on the market.”

“Found Staff pleasant to talk to, took me 20min to get a quote on details given, they were cheaper than my renewal for identical cover, it appeared. On this basis, I have changed my Insurers & will change for my static caravan cover due shortly.”
