“Straight forward online application for Contents Insurance which was followed up immediately by a telephone call from an agent to ask if there was anything further that I needed to make a decision between the products offered. Subsequently, the agent offered an immediate further product quotation which was helpful. When I rang with queries the telephone was answered immediately and the response was very helpful and professional.”

“As with any insurance product, you don't know how good it is until you have to claim. I haven't had to so far with i4me policies so policy value/customer support unproven. As a landlord of several properties, I find it irritating that i4me communications don't show the property address at the top level on the mail or covering letter so I know which address it relates to. Increasingly, like i4me, brokers only seem to deal with a very restricted number of underwriters, which encourages me to use internet comparison sites to check/improve on value.”
