“Able to get quote on the phone. Jenny was very polite and extremely helpful and explained all in detail. Was not pushed into doing it online like others do. Personal touch always works best and goes a long way. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you very much indeed. M.Kazmie”

“Cheapest I found by a mile, but with a well respected brand Aviva. Only thing I hate is being rung within 5 minutes of online quote to follow up with a sale. They did leave me alone, and I did actually follow up with buying.... so actually the whole process was simple. I've a bad history with brokers, but hopefully all will be well.”

“Seems very straight forward, asked for an updated quote when my renewal came around and it took only a couple of minutes as opposed to half an hour other companies take. Then they saved me sone money so I’m very happy, thanks.”

“We insured our static caravan last year and the cost of insuring was very good and the policy was clearly written. This year we were sent renewal papers and again the price was good. Due to family tragedy we didn’t ring to confirm we accepted but a nice young woman rang us. Ensured all was ok with the policy and renewed it fully at the point of call. We have been pleased with the service we have received on both occasions.”

“I was so grateful that they contacted me as I was so busy that it kept being put at the bottom of the pile. Four stars instead of 5 simply because I thought the rise in the yearly payment a bit steep, but Ive simply not had the time to shop around.”
