“Process was straightforward and got a good quote. Two issues...email confirmation took an age to arrive so ended up having to complete quote again as couldn't access the quote after a period of time. Secondly I keep getting calls about the original quote when I have completed the second quote and taken out the policy...does your system not check these things?!”
