“I had subscriptions to several other keto foods providers before .... keto sources, keto pro a.s.o. So far, Hunter and Gather are the most reliable especially since they brought the so necessary (to me) C8. I am looking forward to the powdered form of C8 and, why not, the pure acacia powder. I know they are highly processed but so is the collagen powder.”

“I am disappointed by the attitude of the company regarding their suggestion of the correct dosage of the Collagen powders. The company decided not to add plastic scoops into their plastic-free pouches and declared instead to use equally 2 standard tablespoons for the dosages of 13g and 10g powder. I have at least 7 tablespoons which all have a different unknown size. To measure the powders I had to buy a kitchen scale. There is recycle being plastic on the market.”

Hey Jutta, Thank you for your review and suggestion regards to the adding a scoop to our Collagen powder. One of our founding values here at Hunter & Gather is caring for the environment. We use glass bottles for our MCT Oils, Extra Virgin Avocado & Olive Oil, glass jars for our Mayo's, Ghee, and Coconut Oil, as well as re-useable metal tins for our Icelandic Lamb Organ supplements too. All our collagen packaging is made in the UK and is 100% recyclable, reducing on our carbon footprint. For sure we have been looking at spoon options but haven't found one that we are 100% happy with at this time however it is something we are looking into for the future. Hopefully once you have measure the recommended dose of 13g per day once and popped it onto a tablespoon you can see the correct dosage going forwards. “Frustrating trying to contact re problem with delivery, via emails or phone calls. Finally did get an email actually answering me, and parcel arrived next day. Took over a week. Disappointing. .”

“The customer service I received from Nyree at Hunter & Gather was first class when my parcel didn't turn up and the carrier claimed to have delivered it. As the carrier was unable to provide a photo or any other proof of delivery, Nyree arranged a replacement without any quibble.”

“Excellent to deal with and produce so far also excellent. Just one small issue however which is the bottle shape for their Tomato Ketchup could be vastly improved. Once you have gone down so far you then have to be a magician to obtain the rest.”
