“Have been buying their mayonnaise for a few years and would strongly recommend - avocado much better than sunflower oil like you usually get in alternative mayonnaise in my view. Brilliant idea. Deliveries are prompt and well-packed in cardboard. Appreciate glass jars not more plastic.”

“Really love these Collagen Peptides. I originally was going to buy a US brand but was delighted to find I could buy these from the UK, only to then find that the quality of the ingredients are way better than the brands I had been looking at. Also love the environmentally friendly packaging. I've been using these for almost 6 months and have seen the improvement in my skin and hair.”

Hey Linda, Thanks so very much for taking the time to leave us some feedback. It is always very frustrating for all involved when a package does not arrive as intended and ends up back our warehouse - this is usually due to the packaging being damaged or orders not being collected from the distribution centre (upon a several failed delivery attempts). There is no other reason why the package would come back to us - Hunter & Gather are in fact charged for the delivery back to our warehouse and then we are charged again for the replacement we send out to customers. We dislike it as much as our customers when it happens 🙈 With the orders that are returned, we're not personally notified of this until it arrives and is processed by our warehouse team. As such, the first we usually hear of it is when our customers notify us - usually due to an update on the tracking details that they manually check on (tracking details are always emailed to customers upon dispatch of the order). Incidents like these are very rare indeed and are usually due to the package being damaged in transit with the courier company. Our team are extremely diligent with packaging (as noted by many other customers) but damage certainly can occur - especially when using glass instead of plastic etc. I see that Nyree has arranged for a replacement order to be sent to you and hopefully this arrives with you ASAP 🙌🏼 Please do let us know if there is anything further we can do to help.
