Hey Kerry, We were so sorry that you had a delay in your package being delivered with Parcel Force and that you didn't receive your tracking information. Tracking is sent out to all customers via email and text if we have a mobile number when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Unfortunately, it looked as though your package was lost in transit on this occasion which is thankfully very infrequent. “I really like your products, ethos and customer service. If YOU like your mayo seed oil free (who wants nasty inflammatory PUFAs in their food after all - not me?) & enjoy a discount on shop prices it makes complete sense to subscribe which is what l have been doing for almost a year now. My only very slight criticism is the manoeuvrability of your regular orders on the website. For example as l want a large mayo every month that's fine but I don't want a bottle of MCT oil with the same regularity yet l can't seem to CANCEL this item from my order completely just DELAY it month by month which is a bit irritating! This is the only glitch l've come across. Ok this isn't a big deal - just a small annoyance but l do have to remember to CANCEL what l have ordered previously IF l don't want it with the same frequency as other items like the mayo and the collagen which l both love. Personally l would prefer it if l could start with a clean slate every month and choose without having to 'delay' something l might not want for another six months or at all! Don't want to sound critical as your products are second to none. Keep up the good work and just have word with your technical side please. Thank you.”

“I ordered some MCT oil and the Avo garlic mayonnaise. Not yet started MCT oil (finishing off previous brand first) but I’m absolutely loving the mayonnaise and will definitely be ordering more. It has been great to find a supplier of such items that do not contain the trans fats.”

“Purchased the Marine Collagen powder 2 weeks ago. I found the website very clear and reassuring about the quality of the product, and I believe this is important with a collagen supplement. The powder is fine and dissolves fairly well in large glass of dilute fruit juice. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the slightly fishy aroma/taste. For the first week I struggled a bit with it but have found that during the second week I seem to have adjusted to it and whilst it is an unusual taste and I don't exactly look forward to drinking it, I wouldn't say it is really unpleasant either. I had a question about how the product would interact with a protein supplement I take and had a quick response from the company owner to my question. I also like the eco nature of the packaging, another reason I chose to purchase this particular product, although the mechanism to re-seal the pouch doesn't work well. I have however just folded the pouch over at the top and pegged it so not a big problem. Will be interesting to see if in the next few weeks I start to see any improvement in my skin/hair/nails and joints.”
