“You claim it's odour and tasteless, it really really isn't. Smells like those hide bones you give dogs and I have to knock it back because tastes like off meat/milk. Sorry”

Hey Amanda, Thank you so much for your review - we are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the taste and smell of the collagen. Our collagen is unflavoured however there can be slight differences from batch to batch due to the natural nature of the product. The collagen can also smell stronger on initial opening of the bag, and this normally dissipates quite quickly. If you are not a fan of the taste, then changing what you dissolve your Collagen in can sometimes help - we have some fabulous recipe ideas on our website if you would like to try. 🧑‍🍳 Our personal favourite is adding it into your coffee or morning smoothie! “I think their idea and ingredients are great! But they can’t beat heinz with their ketchup! Will be trying other products though as they are healthier.”

“I am happy with the product, delivery, cost etc. I do however object when I have to sign up to a recurring subscription when purchasing supplements. I think it's a bit cheeky, not helpful.”

“Only had the product for a couple of weeks so don't know if it's working yet, my only criticism so far is the smell, it's very strong particularly in hot drinks, if I add it to squash though I don't smell it at all.”

“Frustrating trying to contact re problem with delivery, via emails or phone calls. Finally did get an email actually answering me, and parcel arrived next day. Took over a week. Disappointing. .”

Hey Iryna, Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear that you had reached out to our customer support team but not heard anything back. This is very unusual looking unfortunately it doesn't look like we received your message. We always aim to get back within 24 hours during the week and as soon as possible over the weekend. It sounds like your mayo has split. Avoiding artificial binders or fillers is key for a truly natural mayonnaise. Thankfully your mayo is still safe to eat as long as it has not been open for more than 4 weeks. A few tips that we recommend are storing the Mayo in the door of the fridge as high as possible, but only once opened. You are best keeping our Mayo in a cool dark place until opening (such as a cupboard). We have an article on our website that may help and it explains more about how this can happen and what you can still use our tasty Mayo for, such as a salad dressing. Our customer support team will be in touch with you directly to help further as we want you to be 100% happy with your mayo. “Annoying no measuring scoop. Silly to say it's saving on plastic when most are made of card these day#. This coupled with a seal that refuses to stay shut is making me look elsewhere.”

We are so sorry that the seal on the bag you have is refusing to shut. You can decant the collagen into a different container if you wish this will not effect the quality of the product. We use glass bottles for our MCT Oils, Extra Virgin Avocado & Olive Oil, glass jars for our Mayo's, Ghee, and Coconut Oil, as well as re-useable Metal Tins for our Supplements too. “Bought my first order and was pretty disappointed in the items for the price I paid. The olive oil based mayo is pricey and a lot less pleasant than most types of mayo, standard or healthshop types. Texture good, and appearance, sadly the taste is just not so great. Got two flavours and neither was satisfactory, don't know whether I got a bad batch but disappointed and would def not buy again. The barbeque sauce was quite good (though hard to quite justify the price)”

“Personally for me I found it had a horrible after taste I could also feel it going around my insides after taking it I'm not sure if it's reacting with my diabetic medication I have therefore stopped taking it”

“The marine collagen powder I would say have quite a fishy smell and taste which I haven’t had with other marine collagen products. Only just started so don’t see any benefits as yet.”

“I have tried contacting you but I've had no reply Please could you advise me on whether the marine collagen is ok to take alongside my other supplements as I'm not seeing any difference in my hair as yet its now been nearly 2 months I await your reply”

Our promise is to make our products free from refined sugars, grains, and inflammatory oils - such as seed or vegetable oils, chemicals, and artificial preservatives. We are sadly unable to give individualised advice in relation to customers' individual supplement protocol. However, we do recommend it can take between 6 - 8 weeks to start to see results especially if your collagen is low. We hope that this helps and thank you for reaching out. Nyree
