“A very reliable and enjoyable brand to shop from! I had a fantastic experience with Hunter & Gather. My order was mistakenly delivered to a neighbour opposite, but their customer service went above and beyond expectations to resolve the issue quickly and smoothly. They were kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me. While we were trying to locate the misplaced item, they even sent out a replacement, which really exceeded what I expected. The whole situation was handled with professionalism and care, and I felt fully supported throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.”

“I’d rate my experience 5 stars without hesitation. My order was mistakenly delivered to a neighbour across the road, and the team were incredibly helpful in tracking down where it had been left. The support I received was prompt, friendly, and very reassuring. What stood out even more was that their customer service team kindly arranged a replacement to be sent while we were still trying to locate the original item. That level of care and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and gave me real confidence in their company. I was genuinely impressed as the level of customer care went beyond my expectations. Thank you for such a smooth and positive experience. It’s greatly appreciated! You now have a very loyal customer !!”

“Having been with H&G for over 10 years now I can thoroughly recommend their products. From their early avo and olive oils to their newest lines I've always been impressed with their wholefood / no adds approach to what they sell. Helps keep me fit and raring to go even into my sixties. Do yourself a favour and go get some.”

“i have been using hunter an gather for a few years now , i have been using collagen for 6 years , but i was finding the quality low and the price high so i went looking and found hunter an gather , and its been a game changer . they are lovely ! every now and then i get a wee hand written card in the post with a nice message and a discount code ! , always welcome :) , they have looked after me like a brother , i use bovine collagen in my matcha every morning , the costs were adding up , but without me asking they contacted me asking if they could make sure i was getting the best deal . wow, didnt even need to ask , they just know . i also get a subscription for bone broth as well , this stuff is top notch , i use it to brake my fast but its so good and tasty i usually have a sneaky cup in the afternoon regardless if im fasting or not , it goes into my cooking as well , soups especially . they are very patient with me and are understanding of my needs , and quick to respond to any questions , really these guys take it to another level . there products in my opinion are the best on the market and they always have good deals to help with the costs involved . i really cant give them enough praise , they deserve it . thank you hunter and gather team . stay fantastic :)”

“As you can see Miss Lucy Maine Coon and I love Hunter & Gather. She loves the mayonnaise and Ghee, I love the oil & what she leaves me of the mayonnaise& Ghee and my teenage son loves the Collagen Peptides in smoothies.”
