“Great product-I’ve always taken collagen so when I was looking to replenish my capsules I found hunter & gather, decided an auto deliver would be great and pure non filler collagen was the best I could find on line and at a price I can afford. Been using for a few weeks and seems great so far. I’ll continue as customer service is really good and fast responsive email when needed.”

“Personally for me I found it had a horrible after taste I could also feel it going around my insides after taking it I'm not sure if it's reacting with my diabetic medication I have therefore stopped taking it”

Thank you Emma for your review we are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the taste of the Marine collagen you have received. Our collagen is unflavoured however there can be slight differences from batch to batch due to the natural nature of the product. Sometimes changing what you dissolve your Collagen in can help however we understand if you think it is because of the medication you have to take. “The food/dressing/mayonnaise are of very good quality and flavour. My rating comes from the problem with the webpage and the ' automatic' subscription system. Even though I made some updates and changes, the system eventually charged me for everything. Even the things that I marked as skip. At least they are good products so they will not go to waste, but when I called the number for customer service first they told me they were there until 12 midday. The next day I called they couldn't care and said it was my own mistake... when it has happened twice to me. So there is clearly an issue with the subscription system.”

“Love the product's and they are well packed and arrive on time. The collagen is amazing no taste to alter your morning brew. My only criticism is I don't like the subscription think (think I may have done it by accident) but I want to order as and when I want. Hopefully there a way to take it off??”

When on the product page on our website you have two options to click on either a one-off order or set up a subscription which gives you 10% off each item.
