“Ordered a new collar for my dog Skye, a border collie, decided to go for a red leather one. Communication with the vendor was great and the product arrived in the time stated. The collar itself was good quality with a nice secure buckle fastening and looked good on the dog.Unfortunately ..... Whilst out on a walk we got caught in a shower and the colour came out of the collar so I now have a dog with a pink neck! Hopefully it will grow out but in the meantime I will be ordering a new one this time in black!”

“I wanted to buy a large dog crate, and emailed HugglePets as to the sizes of the door openings on various dog crates they were selling. Got a very quick, helpful, and detailed reply. Ordered the cage I wanted, which arrived very quickly. The driver, seeing I was ancient and using a walking frame, very kindly put the package in the house for me. The dog crate is excellent quality - I wish all firms were like this!”
