“Fantastic service - just as advertised. We hired the Ford Transit Van (2 people) from *** for a 4 week period to travel around England, Scotland etc. We took a leap of faith that what we had paid for would be delivered. It was great. We were picked up at Heathrow and then returned to Heathrow at the nominated times. The van was well fitted out with gas stove, small fridge and microwave. Even a sound system and mood lighting. This little campervan saved us a small fortune as you could use the microwave and get great "microwave only" meals from Tesco, Iceland etc for as low as 2 GBP per meal each. Massive savings when you consider how much it costs to eat out every meal. Great added value with a GPS, wireless modem as well caravan park location books included. As advertised - the Ford Transit Van does not have head room (you can't stand up in it) but for the economy price of hiring the van we quickly adapted to ways around this. A small awning to cover the doorway for when it rains would be great. We are definitely rebound customers and look forward to our next service delivered by Campervan Tours. Thanks heaps for allowing us an adventure with the security of great back up service.\n*** & *** \n\n”

“I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to hire a motorhome.\nWe were picked up from our Hotel as arranged on time. \nThe van was ready on time and was only 12 months old.\nThe van was clean and supplied with everything as stated by the company.\n We were given a support contact number to ring, if we did have any issues. \nWe did not have any issues with the van and did over 3000 miles with it.\n\nIf we come back to the UK in the future, we will contact this company to hire another van from them, thanks ***.\n”

“very good service, i would highly recommend these guys, the campervan was awesome didn't miss a beat and was in great condition . *** was great with email for the set up and when we needed to upgrade, he was clear and very fast response *** was our london contact and he was great explained everything as well as going above and beyond helping us with some of the great road rules of the uk like the yellow junction box rules. you must use them for your next camper holiday you wont be disappointed ***”

“We received excellent service from booking through to dropping off the van and it was a pleasure dealing with *** & *** who went the extra mile to assist us. Although the *** was cosy for a family of four, it was a great vehicle and worth compromising space for versatility. Thanks a lot team for a great experience - we plan to do some more camping in the *** and would definitely choose Campervan tours again. The ***, ***”

“my wife and I would like to thank *** and the team at campervantours for the most memorable driving tour around the UK and Ireland taking in the sights and sounds of these 2 countries steeped in history.Our home on wheels was the ideal vehicle to follow our champion All Blacks around and show our support,as well as mingling with Locals and Rugby fans from near and far.The T-line 590 was a pleasure to drive and has been added to my xmas wishlist ,Once again a big thank you to all the Team and have a safe Xmas and a prosperous New Year”

“We had the Ford Transit Campervan for 79 Days and found it to be a very reliable vehicle in Every Way. It is Low profile which had advantages when trying to find Carparks which often had Height Barriers that would have prevented higher vehicles from entering. The Team at Campervan Tours were very helpful and you could not wish for a better Company to deal with.”

“Coming from overseas, it would have been nice to have been supplied with a tea towel and towels for each person, rather than having to buy them. but other than that the van was adequately equipped for two people.\nThe van was economical to run, easy to manage, and the service by the staff at Heathrow was excellent - they were very friendly and obliging and we would certainly recommend the company to other people.”

“Information provided in email responses during enquiry/booking phases of the deal was sometimes lacking in sufficient detail and the telephone communications were unnecessarily 'drawn out/imprecise' in addressing the related topic, but overall the dealings on a personal level were excellent, very friendly and most efficient.”

“We hired the Ford Transit for our adventure around the UK. What a fantastic van! It is small so suits singles or couples but it's easy to drive and maneuver around roads and parking. \nThe team at Campervan Tours were so thorough both with booking information, no hidden costs, and their travel knowledge. “These guys made it so easy nothing was any trouble to them. *** rang us (UK to AUS) after our email inquiry to discuss exactly what we wanted. kept contact all the way including being picked up from Heathrow and and returned to Heathrow by *** (even though it was 6.30am) after returning to AUS *** emailed a copy of an e'toll to pay. I forgot about it, *** again contacted me to insure the fine was paid before penalty's were applied.\nWe believe campervantours was the cream on our travel cake. Thank you ***”
