Unfortunately, ingredients for low carb bread are more specialised and therefore more expensive - also the development process is longer and more in-depth. We're a small business, but always try to provide our customers with the best value that we can. As we grow, hopefully we'll be able to pass on savings to customers.

The slices are a bit smaller than regular high carb loaves, but they are packed with protein and fibre - so very filling. We may be developing a larger loaf in the future.
