Hey Stephen, thanks a lot for taking the time to leave us a review! Sorry to hear that you had issues with overlapping messages. As the card creator you should be able to move other people's messages. It's quite complicated as multiple people can sign at exactly the same time making signatures overlap. However this is something we are working on improving.
We don't have any additional charges for people leaving messages and support unlimited signatures/pages with no additional charges. Could I clarify what gave you the impression that we charge extra for additional signatures, so that we can make this more clear on our site?
“Group cards offers a very handy service for sending out e-cards to large audience, with triggers for when the card will be sent to the recipient. The process was easy to understand and set up. However, here a few things that can be improved upon:
1. Included cards were not of the highest quality, either in terms of messaging or the look and feel of the cards themselves.
2. It would be nice to have a status sent at the end of each day as to how many people had responded back to the request to write in the e-card, with reminder notices sent out on a regular schedule to those who hadn't responded.
3. The actual formatting of the space in the card for writing comments also can be improved. At times, the card would allow individuals to write over the top of an existing comment in the card.
Having said all of that, I still feel Group Cards is a helpful service for sending out e-cards. I recommend you upload your own card graphic, and that you go through the card responses to make sure they are aligned and spaced properly in the card prior to it being delivered to the recipient.”
“Very handy service, it would be better if the gift voucher depositor's name could be kept anonymous but apart from that I would recommend and use the service again!”
