Only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is the gift card fees - I don't mind paying a fee for the convenience, and you did disclose it up front. However, I also got hit with "international" card fees from my bank, which I did not expect. I didn't know you were based in the UK until I saw the url for this review website.”

Four out of five stars because the simple versions used to be free and now they're chargeable. When you've got a team of 20 and no budget for these things, it can get quite costly.”

“When setting up the card and a collection - it isn't obvious that the collection is attatched when the link for the card is sent out.
The communication about how the money can be drawn down or sent to the recipient etc could be clearer and explained up fornt - rather than having to dig out the info on your website. I still wasn't clear until it was actually sent - but the recipient hadn't noticed the link - I had to prompt/ask them if they had seen a link ofr a gift card.”
