We're disappointed to hear that you weren't satisfied with the pricing on our site. I can see that so far you have sent four cards on our site which all seem to have been successfully received by the recipient. While we do offer a printing service for physical cards, we are primarily a digital service. I appreciate that digital cards are not for everyone, however for many of our users it makes it more convenient to create and for everyone to sign no matter where they are based. It also gives more options to make it more fun with longer messages, images, gifs, and lots of fonts and colours to choose from.
All of these features, as well as the option to add gift cards and collect money have been factored into the costs so that we can offer a great service at a competitive price.

“the card selection was quite comprehensive so selecting the right card was great, pricing was excellent however, the email failed to go to the recipient so it took me to send the link directly to the recipient for them to receive the card. this meant that the card was late arriving so the recipient did not receive it on their birthday but rather a few days late.”
Hey Kim, thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback! Unfortunately sometimes cards can go to spam or be blocked by a firewall.
I can see that we sent an automated email a few hours after the card was sent to say that the card had not been viewed yet and that it could have gone to spam. So we can look into this to prevent it from happening in the future would you be able to let me know whether you received this email, did it go to your spam folder, or was that warning email completely undelivered?
“Purchased 5 card bundle after purchase of a single. Charged me the single card price and bundle price but removed both cards from bundle amount. Would be nice to purchase a subscription and it is expensive for an eCard. The card WAS very nice though, and ability to pass link for multie signatures/notes, as well as giving the option to buy it as a book are also nice features!”
Hey Stuart, thanks a lot for taking the time to leave a review! To move a message, double click on it, reposition it (changing pages if necessary) and then click "save". You will have to be logged into the account you used to create the card to do so (to avoid just anyone being able to edit messages). We do also show a warning box if someone tries to save an overlapping message, so they would have to click the 'save anyway' button to confirm that this is intentional. I have gone ahead and moved that for you, so there should no longer be any overlapping messages on your card.
