Hey Shona, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I've had a look into this and it looks like we responded to your emails shortly after receiving them. However it seem that you have probably not been receiving our replies - they are presumably going to your spam folder or being blocked by a firewall. To claim the gift card the recipient will need to click the 'claim now' button to instantly redeem their gift.
If you would like the card resent to a different email address let us know which email you would like it resent to and we can do that for you. Please email that to hello@groupcards.app

The way printing works is it has to be submitted separately once you are happy with all the messages on the card. When you prepay for a print we email the recipient to enter their address so that you don’t have to spoil the surprise by having to find out their address, however we do let you submit the order yourself if this is your preference.
I can see that the card has been viewed by the recipient and the printed card was shipped on the 20th June.

Hey Anthony, thanks for using our service. I’ve had a look and it looks like you purchased your card using PayPal. None of our payments are recurring so there would never be any future payments.
I can see it was sent and opened by the recipient and you have received a thank you email in reply from them so I assume everything is okay on that front? I can see that the text you added to the front cover of your card is overlapping, so I have gone ahead and updated that to the recipient’s name for you, so hopefully that’s looking a little bit better now.
