I was looking for information on the accessibility of the card - it would have been good to know more about how the recipient would have been able to read the card (e.g. is navigation easy with a screen reader, is their an alt-text description of the image on the front of the card) before choosing it.”
“it was good. culd have done with better explanation of how things worked eg changing design after selected. Recipient should be informed that pstage has been paid for and promptly given option to print and post the card”
“A good choice of cards and gift cards. The site is not as intuitive as I would have liked as the procedure for the card and gift card was not totally clear initially and I had to search for assurance that they would go automatically. That said, the delivery of the card on time worked well, and I was able to make an amendment to the delivery date easily.”
“Like the fact that I can buy several cards at once to use later, really useful for work. Maybe you could improve your "edit your own card" - this proved quite difficult to do as the design was landscape.”
