We're sorry the recipient missed the gift card. We send an email explaining that they have received both a card and a gift card, followed by a reminder if it hasn't been seen. We also display a message on the back page of the card to highlight the gift.
We're pleased to see that the recipient has now claimed their gift card and used our new feature to split the balance between two gifts. We'll continue looking at how we can make the gift card even clearer across both mobile and desktop devices.
