Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience with Group Cards. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the concept and some of our card designs!
In terms of hidden charges, I don't believe we have any. Our cards are a fixed price for unlimited pages and messages, and you can add a print of up to 30 pages for another fixed price. You may be referring to our optional gift card contribution fee. Our gift card collection is a free add-on, and contributors can add money with no fees if they want. The recipient always gets the full gift card value with no fees. We do ask for an optional gift card service fee when contributing to cover payment fees, the service and fraud, however this can be fully removed to only pay the contribution amount.

“Do not use this company if you need the collection in cash, I didnt realise that you can ONLY buy a gift card with the money until it was too late, also trying to get hold of customer services is virtually impossible and only via email (no possibility to actually talk to someone) so it takes ages to get your query answered, I will NOT be using this company again and would NOT recommend!”
Thank you for your feedback, Sharon. We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience. To clarify, our collections are designed to be redeemed as gift cards and we don’t advertise cash payouts. We do understand that can be frustrating if you were expecting cash.
In terms of support, our team is available via email and we aim to respond quickly. In this case, your first message came through after 5:30pm and we replied the next working morning at 8am. From there, we continued to work with you until everything was resolved, including helping with the print order and confirming the gift card was successfully redeemed.
