“Setting up and signing the card was easy but sending it onto the recipient was not as obvious and not covered in the faqs. Similarly, when our recipient opened the digital card, she saw the voucher but didn’t realise she could flip through the digital pages of the card to see who it was from. If I wasn’t there she would still be none the wiser. So great product, but please just add in some basic user instructions.”
