“A flexible approach to learning and gaining accredited qualifications. I managed to fit what would have been a four day classroom based course around my personal and work commitments at home without the need to take time away from work. A valuable approach to gaining an accreditation when self employed and time away on courses is at a personal cost.”

“The course was very easy to negotiate, and was user friendly. Good content, but I did notice a few minor errors, but couldn't find an easy was to report them.”

Thanks for the feedback Kat. All our courses go through 4 internal checks then 1 (IOSH) or 2 (ROSPA and CPD certification) external checks. Despite this, the occasional typo does pop up from time to time. If you recall what it was we'll get it sorted out. Anything like that could have been reported to your assigned tutor or to our general support team at support@hsqe.co.uk Reflecting on your comments, we'll add to the welcoming email what can be done if anyone spots a typo in future. “Course content good, and easy to understand, some "glitches" with the interactive screens [wrong content seen from previous slides appeared when navigating forwards and backwards if needed], some spelling mistakes on the slides - only minor. Good course, informative course.”

Many thanks for the feedback Oliver. We will run another check for spellings and functionality on the course that you did with us. The occasional one does pop up from time to time despite the 5 layers of checking that we perform on all our courses.
