“The course is a perfect opening to the world of Health and Safety in the workplace. The online study option was perfect for me to blend around my work. The course itself is put together in such a way that it keeps building layers. The modules are well explained and the information is relativley straightforward to understand even without any prior Health and Safety knowledge. The Online Test assessmets give you plenty of time to complete allowing thought process time and the final assessment project is set in such a way that as long as you follow the instructions, it makes it enjoyable to put together. I would definitley recommend this course and HSQE ltd (VitalSkills.co.uk) are a well established course provider.”

“overall the course was good and the platform worked well. however i was very disappointent, as i had completed the assignments. mock exams and final assement, all it was left was the risk assement to upload. we asked for an extension which was granted but no one had relayed the information that the whole course would have been reset.i had to sit and do the whole course again before i could assign my risk assesment to you.”

Thank you for your feedback Mark. We do offer extensions, however, in this case, the course had not been completed for significantly longer than the extension period allows. After such an extended gap, re-registration and full re-completion are required to ensure the content is up to date and that key knowledge is refreshed, as guidance and best practices may have changed.

“This was my first time using HSQE for online training. They have an easy to use management and course portal. Companies can manage their employee's training through the management portal. They have a good portfolio of courses to chose from at very reasonable and cost effective prices. They were exceedingly prompt responding to my final coursework submission for the IOSH Managing Safely certification. I had the PASS result within hours of submission. I dropped a star from their rating because they don't have downloadable course content that can be looked at offline. Highly recommend HSQE for anyone looking to complete online Health and Safety training, particularly the IOSH Managing Safely course.”

Thank you for your feedback, Ronald. For the course you took, the assessment format and timing are set by the awarding body, so unfortunately we’re unable to make changes to that structure. That said, we do include two mock assessments within the course to help learners prepare for the final assessment.

“I chose HSQE after reading the online reviews. It was so easy to use, the courses are clear and the end exams are worded well. There was online support via email and my querries were answered quickly. For me being able to have the choice of reading the literature myself or have it read aloud works really well, its a great system as i like to work between both of these. I took 6 courses over the last week and felt like i took the information in well as its spread across modules, rather then just being a generic 5 mins video training. I will definatly be using this company for further training courses.”
