“Got a good amount of information and good to see all the topics covered, however it was hard to keep attention to the course when it is just words on a screen. It would be good to have more interactive elements throughout the course, such as more videos, quizes throughout, someone presenting the information occasionally etc. Reading from slides is not how most people learn, and it felt hard to retain information”

“Competitively priced IOSH managing safely course which also included a bundle of 5 other courses to choose from. The website is easy to use and the training material is good. I didn't experience any issues throughout the training courses. Following my end project submission, the results and certificate were available promptly.”

“Easy to navigate and complete, I felt that for our organisation ( NHS Hospital) that an extention on the amount of time given to complete the course should be negotiated. Especially for nurse managers.”

“I was very pleased with the communication, especially when I had an issue which was very quickly resolved. The course materials were well presented and easy to follow. The course was well laid out and progressed at a comfortable pace. The mock and final exams were challenging enough to adequately check understanding without being overwhelming. The final assessment (a risk assessment form) was well presented and nicely supported with a YouTube video. I’m very happy with the course which was sufficient for my needs and reasonably priced.”

“I have recently completed the IOSH Managing Safely course working with VitalSkills. The course work is very detailed but yet easy to follow and digest. The assitance from the tutors is to a extremtly high level and they are always quick to respond. I would highly recomend working with VitalSkills.”
