“Brilliant experience. I found the whole course (IOSH Managing Safely V5.0) really comfortable, the format and way they had set it out were very user friendly. Their site was very easy to navigate and the process for submitting the final project was not difficult. The tutor I spoke with was very helpful and really understanding an issue I raised during the final project and gave me a very quick answer.”

“good morning i found the course to be very useful, it was easy to follow and well illustrated. however i have still not received my certificate, despite completing the course nearly two weeks ago, could you please chase this up for me. kind regards paul dormer”

Thank you for your feedback Paul and sorry for the delay in getting the certificate to you. We are experiencing delays at present due to the coronavirus outbreak and associated restrictions. This is affecting the speed with which we are getting paper copies of certificates from IOSH and our ability to post them via the Post Office once we receive them. Rest assured, We will get it out as soon as it is possible, and safe, to do so. In the mean time, we can scan you an electronic copy of the certificate as soon as we receive it from IOSH. We appreciate that is not ideal, but I hope that helps.

“Signed up for E-Learning as away on tour and the course was exactly what I needed, easy to follow and Tutor was great when I asked for help, only thing I would recommend is when you complete the exercise issue they email you a template to see how you did. But fantastic company and 95% pass.”

Many thanks for your feedback Paul. We're always happy to give feedback on any exercises that students complete and send us. But as they tend to be context-specific to each student, it's difficult to show a templated example that is relevant to the wide range of backgrounds that our students have. Also, we must be careful not to lead the student towards a certain way of completing the forms as that could potentially compromise the project that they submit at the end of the course. But rest assured, when the final project is submitted to us, we always give feedback if it doesn't attract enough marks to be awarded a pass. All that said, thanks again for your feedback, it’s appreciated. And well done for passing the course.
