“This was a "Pandora's box" moment! Once I started the course I was giving enough information and resources to aid with the passing of my IOSH managing safety course. It didn't stop there! I'm looking into do Nebosh now. Top job HSQE!. I'll be back to add some top up courses!!! The price, the layout of the course, the customer service... Amazing!”

“First time i've done an online course after doing numerous classroom based ones over the years. I was pleasantly surprised to how much effort went into the course detail and the ease of picking up where you left off and having the opportunity to do as little or as much as you like time dependent. I was sceptical of online courses and i'm sure there are some poor quality ones out there which are only interested in the quick bucks rather than the pupil but this certainly wasnt the case with HSQE.”

“I found the course to be very informative. Its flexible approach of being able to start and go back at a more convienient time was extremley useful. I did however feel that some of the questions on the final assessments did not always match that of what had been said during the training. Otherwise the course on the whole was well paced and covered all aspects needed for the topic.”

Thank you for your feedback Andrea. Rest assured the answers do align to the content. But sometimes they are placed into a different context that might seem unfamiliar. This is deliberate though, because we find it is a more reliable way to check that the material has been understood and is not simply being recited.

“The content for the IOSH managing safely course was a slog! Essentially, it consisted of hundreds of slides from what appeared to be in an person delivery but without any interaction or video content. This made it very hard going. The general level of service was fine, but a better explanation of how the 'eLearning' course works would be a good idea, along with devising a more interactive and engaging experience.”

Thank you for your feedback. I think what you are referring to is that we provide an extra 5 full courses with our managing safely as a bonus offer. If you do all the courses in the bundle (Asbestos Awareness, COSHH Awareness, Manual Handling Awareness, Fire Warden / Fire Marshal and Working at Heights Awareness) there is indeed a lot of information to get through. But the 5 additional courses are optional and so you do not need to do them if you do not want them. We have experimented with other ways to deliver the information. But the feedback we have received indicates that the majority of people (97%) prefer the delivery method that we use. We do regularly monitor the situation though, and if the numbers change significantly, we will look to do that.
