“I found the online IOSH course very easy to use, I could complete any part of the course any time of day. I could re visit some sections I wasn't sure of and when completing the assessments I got immediate feedback with the correct answers. The course was very interesting and well presented. Even though it was composed of a set of power points presentations there was enough variation - text, photos, tables, case studies, questions to answer. The exercises given to complete throughout the course also made sure that I understood the section I had just completed and could implement the information in my day to day work. It got me talking to the employees at the factory and showed me what was good practise at our factory and what needed improving. I thoroughly enjoyed the course - thank you.”

Many thanks Jane for your feedback. Yes we have experimented with various presentation methods and customer feedback has indicated that this one works best for the majority of people.

“The course was good overall and easy to follow. However, it could be improved if spell check was ran on the presentation as there were some glaring errors (I'm not the worlds best speller by any means). For example Parliament was spelt Parliment.......”

Thank you for your feedback. We do check run spell checks and have the courses proof read, but unfortunately the odd spelling mistake does pop up from time to time. We'll certainly check that course again. UPDATE: We have now checked all of our courses and cannot find Parliament misspelt in any of them. Can you please tell us where you saw it? Many thanks.
