“Have never done an IOSH course before and I found this very insightful and have learnt a lot. It gave me a better insight into hazards and risk assessments. I would recommend this to my colleagues and think it is good for everyone to be aware of.”

“Overall the course was effective. However some of the individual units have bugs in them and some questions don't make sense, or aren't as clear as they could be.”

Thank you for your feedback, Ian. There shouldn't be any bugs in the courses. What can happen is that some of the interactive elements may not display correctly if your device's operating system is not up to date. But we have planned for that so you can still advance through the course unhindered. Unfortunately, the questions are set by the approval body on that course so we are unable to change them, but we're happy to feedback your comments to the approval body if you could tell us which questions you are referring to.

“The course was very accessible with support quickly available from tutors when needed. Tutors offered advice based on my submissions and overall I'm very happy to have passed the IOSH Managing Safely course with HSQE. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to enhance their role.”

“The course was very good. I have done a similar course before and I found doing it online with time to reflect on the content better than doing it in a classroom. The only area I believe could get more coverage is risk to people not an employee but affected by an organisations activities. e.g. Residents, Visitors with disabilities and Patients in Hospital.”

“The course material was clear, well-written, and easy to access and follow at my own speed. As I was completing this around my day-to-day work I was glad the course was split into well-managed chunks, allowing me to dip in and out as and when I had the time.”
