“Very detailed online course. I liked the fact that I could do the course in my own time and go back over the modules if I needed to. The mock-exams are also useful, as you can test your knowledge and see if you need to revise anything. The exam is quite stressful, as you only have 45 minutes, but as it turned out that was plenty of time and I could have gone back to some of the questions that I was unsure about and taken a little bit more time.”

“This is the 2nd time I have completed this course. After checking the prices elsewhere for a refresher course it was cheaper to come back to Vital skills. The course is easy to break up due to the way it is sectioned and you can work at your own pace. In three years time I will not be looking anywhere other than here to renew my qualification.”

“This course was a pleasant surprise, my colleague is in the process of finishing off a course started last year and he is having lots of trouble with his questions, as they are set out differently and are quite hard to understand. This course howeve,r barring a couple of questions I could not quite grasp, was very informative and a good source of information.”

“I found the health and safety course well set out and comprehensive. Whilst some of the content was not always relevant to my workplace and training needs that wasn't a fault of the course which was clear in its intent and scope. The modular format worked well and was easy to fit studying alongside my work. The tests and written work felt an appropriate assessment of the learning content and I was impressed by how quickly the written work was assessed and responded to.”
