“Online training course is very easy to access, easy to pass, but you still need to make some notes - it's essential. Sometimes it takes bit too long to load next training slide with data and I would suggest to improve this by using better script which runs faster. After all whole course nice and easy and if you need help - just send an email to your tutor - for sure you'll get an answer same day or next day the latest.”

Many thanks for your feedback. The point about time to load the next slide is one that we are constantly working on. While we optimise the course scripts and images the best we can, unfortunately it is the nature of online training that the speed of your local internet connection can slow things down for you (especially on mobile devices such as tablets or smart phones). But thanks again, all feedback is valid.

“The course was well constructed. The one complaint I have is that a few of the assessment test questions were ambiguous. Otherwise the course was very instructive”

Thanks for your feedback William. Unfortunately the questions are set by IOSH on the Managing Safely course, so we have no control over them. “Supplying a relatively easy to navigate course material, although I must just say that the manner in which some of the questions were written was not the easiest to understand. “It was a good course that shed more light on mostly if not all hazards on construction which I found better compared to other health and safety courses. Also the health and safety matrix was very expansive and self explanatory. Kudos lads”

“The Course package was well constructed and broken into manageable sections which could be undertaken in discreet time-boxed periods of my choosing. Of particular note was the support that was offered through the designated tutor system and although I did not need to use this service it was useful to know that it was available.”

“The course was clear and well laid out. Most of the courses I take have voice overs which I didn't have with this one. At first I thought that would be a problem but actually it gave me time to read and make notes without distraction. I couldn't see anywhere to download course notes. Most of the information was explanatory but as I've taken on this role I wanted to put in place things like risk assessments, and didn't want to forget anything. So I made lots of notes, which was time consuming. Having printouts would have been helpful to refer to after the course. Having said that I would recommend this to other staff, companies. The communication from you has been very fast and helpful.”

Many thanks for your feedback Naeem. There has been a slight delay to getting certificates from IOSH due to them being closed over the Christmas break. But they are back now and we're just waiting for them to send your certificate on to us. Best regards.

Many thanks for the feedback Neil. Just for clarity, we've assessed your project and your exam result and subsequently recommended you for a pass to IOSH. What happens next is IOSH will issue the course certificate. As we are in the period between Christmas and the New Year, IOSH will print it and send it out when they return to work in the New Year. “Although I have held the IOSH qualification it was out of date so by using your online course I was able to complete and pass the up to date (version 5.0) IOSH. The course material was easily followed and I was able to study at my own speed and at anytime during the day (or night) enabling me to put the hours in as and when convenient. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone seeking the IOSH (Managing Safely) accreditation.”

“I just received feedback that I have passed my IOSH course, I wasn't expecting to find out over the Christmas period, especially only a day after submitting my completed project. The Course itself was very well presented in slides and I was able to float seamlessly between my Phone, Tablet and my Laptop to complete the study and the Risk Assessment Project. The modules are broken up into very manageable chunks so even when I only had a few minutes to spare I would log on with my Phone and get a module started or finished. All the modules have tick boxes next to them and will automatically mark themselves as complete when you have finished a section. The Customer service was great throughout and although I did not require the Tutor support, i'm sure it would of been the same. I will be recommending HSQE to friends and colleagues thinking of taking similar courses and will be looking at additional courses from them in the new year. Thanks John and the Team Nick”
