“The course was detailed and comprehensive without being overwhelming. It was presented clearly and concisely without being patronising. My only gripe is that the certification upon successful completion is not instant. An undetermined amount of time is required between completion of the course and receipt of the certification - which is also being sent by post rather than email, which of course will take even longer to arrive.”

Thank you for your feedback Grant. Just to explain, that is the only part of the process that sits with the approval body, rather than us as the training provider. For our part, you should have received your results within 24 hours of submitting your final project. We notify the approval body at the same time that we notify you of your results. The gap you refer to is how long it takes the approval body to confirm our recommendation for a pass and send the certificate to us. Once we receive it we send it out by first class signed-for delivery. We can also send you a scanned copy if that helps you. Just let the tutor team know if you want to do that. While it doesn't help you right now, we are working with the approval body of that course to get the certification system digitised for the future.

“A really well put together course which went through each of the stages in an easy to understand method. Having the ability to complete the course as time permitted was a real benefit as opposed to set days given my work diary. Recommended for anyone who needs to obtain this qualification as a part of their role.”
