“Good content that is collated in a logical order. Presentation quality is 'old fashioned' and does not measure up to other e-learning training that is out there. This comment is based on significant experience in writing H&S technical content, working with instructional designers to present that information interactively and imaginatively.”

Thank you, Rowena. We have a rolling programme where we update all our courses. We are just about to start the next cycle and it will be incorporating a new look and feel over the coming months.

“I liked that the modules didn't need to be completed within certain time frames - this meant I could come to it as and when was appropriate with my work schedule. The content was really useful and the right amount of detail to keep engaged and find it useful for the course and every work environment. Really enjoyed it!”

“Informative course. What I would say is that the 1st mock assessment after module 4 asked questions about content that had not been covered until module 5 (ie fire / manual handling) so I had to guess the answers!”

Many thanks for your feedback, Amanda. We placed the mock assessment there so that it would get students thinking about the topics ahead of the detailed content. Ie checking current understanding. But in light of your feedback, we've moved it to after module 5. Thanks again, your feedback is appreciated.
