Thank you for your feedback Adekunle. Sorry that you did not get through on the phone. Our phone lines are open Monday-Friday 0900-1700hrs. If all our operators are busy, you can leave a message and one of the team will call back within those times. But support via email is available seven days a week between the hours of 0900-2100hrs. It sounds like you may have contacted us outside the telephone support time.

“Instructions and slides were easy to follow and I liked the format (digestible chunks of info). I find that I learn best while reading and with audio too - if possible I think more videos/audio snippets would go a long way to helping the awesome amount of info provided in this course to sink in. The case studies really helped to cement the ideas in place, rather than it just being abstract - more of these examples/case studies would be a good addition.”
