“Good size frame .fits into a corner without taking too much room .the cover would be better having zips on each side to keep in the heat ( have to use 2 pegs on each side to keep it closed ) the on off / temp switch is at the bottom of the frame , have to kneel down to press it on or off, This would be better at the top of the frame ,especially if the person using the heater has trouble bending up and down .”

“Without this I believe I would have more unwanted flying visitors coming into my kitchen - but they do still get through. I have watched wasps and flies land on the chains and walk through the gap. A minor modification to the design, hanging the links not side by side but gap-by-link, would make the curtain much more effective. It'll do, but it's not as good as I had hoped for.”

“Not a great start, they sent me a bottle with the cap pushed in so i spent over an hour trying to prize the cap out in order to open it using a kettle and hot water, eventually i managed to prize it back into its normal position and open the bottle. They must of seen the bottles condition before sending it out as probably it had been sent back previously as they could not open it, so i was already pretty cross having to spend a long time trying to open it. Onto the product itself, it does certainly clean and make the paving brighter, i must admit i was expecting amazing results as i had never used anything like this before but it made it cleaner and brighter at least but not as amazing as the videos look.”

“More expensive to run than we thought and takes quite some time to heat up. The attachment for the feet are not very sturdy. Other than that the heater works well, just not as well as expected.”

“Friendly and communicative. Good price but not the results I’m expected to get from their products. If more offers or discounts available for old customers will be more appreciated as ordering very often and if so I could order more and more products at once.”

“have been buying products for a long time. Trigger has very sharp edges i found on my skin and hands as i am 73 when operating.Product kept leaking if i tipped the spray when using.”

“Delivery was very late arrived at 9pm - not in the time slot 6pm. Pros: Good that it has been made like a fitted sheet, meaning it is easy to put on the bed and stays on. Cons: I use a very light duvet so even on the highest setting (3) it didn't make much difference and I couldn't really feel the effect of the electric blanket and reap the benefit. However, I have now pinned 2 duvets together and with that additional weight, it makes it much better and can now feel the effects of the blanket as it is meant to be.”

“Samples which cost £5 plus arrived when promised loads of them , only problem is none of the items have p/numbers or any ref to them , therefore if you find the item you require how do you know what to order from HSD, Because of this I will have to look elsewhere”
