“Im a residential landlord and I refitted an apartment earlier in 2025 and bought at the time 3 Mylek heaters for the refurbishment. The tenant comments on how reasonable they are on running costs with excellent control and heat output. Since then I have purchased more for other apartment re-fits disgarding the old Dimplex ones in place of Mylec/hsd ones. Peter who I mainly speak to when I place an order is very helpful and assists me with the right kilowatt model I need before purchase. I highly recogmend the company and Mylec.”

“We are delighted with this product. However delivery by DHL was poor. Despite being asked to leave with a neighbour if we were not in, the courier left it outside in wet weather. The exterior packaging and internal carton were wet, though the plastic wraper seems to have protected the heater. The delivery was falsely marked as having been signed for. This is almost identical to another experience with DHL a few weeks ago, relating to a different supplier. I reported this first experience to DHL by phone, but the organisation does not appear to have learned. I have raised a complaint about this HSD delivery via the DHL website, which claims response within one working day. Despite chasing this up after ten days, I have still not received anything more than an automated holding response. I recommend HSD uses a different carrier in future.”

“A very costly item in the end I feel I’ve been ripped off. The original payment that I made for £89.78 included a Black Friday discount, but making the payment through Amazon Pay was an absolute nightmare and despite order being ‘accepted’ at a later stage it was then unexpectedly ‘cancelled’. As I needed these 2 units, for my business, I made a second order with the payment right the site but this time I had to pay £104.78, £5.00 more, even though it was not my fault that the original order wasn’t processed - and to top that, the order wasn’t delivered in the specified time. And my staff have indicated that I’ve been charged twice for the items. They are good products, but website and processing leaves a lot to be desired.”
