“Customer service non existent. Chat box cannot answer queries. (generic questions only). Told to contact an advisor. Tried for 3 days, numerous times, to chat to advisor to cancel contract. Same message each time that they cannot help at this time try again later. Obviously not enough staff available. On fourth day I eventually managed to cancel my contract (as you need to be able to contact and speak to a human being), by using the number for vulnerable clients - but this should only be for vulnerable people and to have others ringing shows the system is flawed. It's ridiculous.”

“I bought an electric blanket controller for my Sweet Dreams blanket. The plug was dirty, the controller was old, discoloured with age and scratched. It was, in my opinion, a refurbished one as the colours of the flex and the controller did not match. I paid for a new one, I was not expecting this piece of rubbish. AVOID THIS FIRM.”

“Delivery was a bit slow but the worst thing is the smoke bombs didn't work. After the first one, which I left for nearly four hours there was even more mould mite. Anyway used the second one ten days later. Same thing, more mite than before I used it. Profesional told me all the bombs did was disturb the mite making them more active.”

“Hi I purchased some black spot destroyer for my sand stone patio, applied as per instructions and jet washed off but had no effect at all. I re applied a second time but still no bubbling or any reaction at all, then jet washed but still no different the black spots are still there. I emailed sales twice about this offering pics and videos but they never replied at all, too busy taking money for products that don’t work. If you want to remove black spots look for another product. Steve”

“I used this product on my artificial grass. I used it 50/50 mix on the grass it’s only 12ft by 12ft and brushed it in and let it dry. The following day the grass still smelled of urine. So used it neat and brushed it in again the following day it still smelled of urine. Thought it might work but didn’t.”
