“More expensive to run than we thought and takes quite some time to heat up. The attachment for the feet are not very sturdy. Other than that the heater works well, just not as well as expected.”

“Friendly and communicative. Good price but not the results I’m expected to get from their products. If more offers or discounts available for old customers will be more appreciated as ordering very often and if so I could order more and more products at once.”

“have been buying products for a long time. Trigger has very sharp edges i found on my skin and hands as i am 73 when operating.Product kept leaking if i tipped the spray when using.”

“Delivery was very late arrived at 9pm - not in the time slot 6pm. Pros: Good that it has been made like a fitted sheet, meaning it is easy to put on the bed and stays on. Cons: I use a very light duvet so even on the highest setting (3) it didn't make much difference and I couldn't really feel the effect of the electric blanket and reap the benefit. However, I have now pinned 2 duvets together and with that additional weight, it makes it much better and can now feel the effects of the blanket as it is meant to be.”

“Samples which cost £5 plus arrived when promised loads of them , only problem is none of the items have p/numbers or any ref to them , therefore if you find the item you require how do you know what to order from HSD, Because of this I will have to look elsewhere”

“Nowhere to buy in bulk from so chose hsd. So many times I’ve changed the product from them but all are the same and I refer to snow foam which is thin liquid and thin snow foam result no matter which one you’re choosing. I’ve ordered again and again but no any improvement in the results so product quality is very poor”

“Only 3 stars as the black vase I ordered is not evenly coated with black paint and there is unfortunately, a small clear section of glass at the top of the vase clearly visible for all to see. Perhaps I will find some black glass paint to paint over the clear section?”

“On my last 2 orders to deliver products to my daughter I have paid premium next day before 9.00am goods have on both occasions failed to arrive at specified times. I ask for specified time so that my daughter can take the delivery before she goes to uni. Left with neighbour who then went missing for 2 days. I do not know if it is damaged at this point as my daughter has not been able to get her products. In a nutshell should be next day pre 9.00am but within 5 days.”
