“So So service. Very disappointing delivery service. Order placed on Thursday did not arrive until Tuesday. Presumably you use a poor delivery service which doesn't bother themselves to deliver on a Saturday or a Sunday. Most delivery/courier services deliver at the weekend. The new order was due to the fact you sold a product expected to last for say 10 to 15 years but after 6 years the controller on one side went faulty - and lo and behold! it could neither be replaced nor even repaired. So the whole blanket had to dumped. A pretty lousy customer service that. The problem was dealt with by email and live conversation - but nothing could be done. Only redeeming factor was that when I finally got speaking to a senior gentleman, he offered a new blanket at a decent sort of discount.”
