Hi, thanks very much for your order and sorry you felt it did not arrive as quickly as you hoped. We have checked the order and notice that you ordered it on a Thursday afternoon (9/12) and it was delivered using our free economy service on the following Tuesday the 14th December at 10:00 am. This was within expected timeframes and I wonder if you may have got this order mixed up with another supplier? “I’ve never heard of this company before. But they were the only ones to sell what I was looking for and for a reasonable price! Delivery was quick and I had no issues with it and the items were perfect. The website is a bit hard to navigate so I hope they improve it when they have the budget for it as it will encourage customers to buy more but otherwise it’s a great company. Would recommend!”
