Over ten days and no dispatch confirmation, no tracking, no response in a week to emails and will not pick up their phone. Feels like a scam and I have asked Amazon pay for a refund.

The items actually don't work - the safety lights flicker and don't emit much light at all. Waste of money.

2 weeks on and no positive outcome. They have my money. Goods mis delivered and no one taking the blame. So much for customer relations and queries sorted in under an hour.

This person has left two negative reviews for us under an anonymous name and the email address used is not one that has been used to place any orders with us. We also have no record of any complaints under this email address. Curious as to how we can help resolve an issue if the person making the complaint is keeping themselves anonymous. We have reached out several times using this email address try to find out what the issue is but have not had any reply. Such a shame as we are a small family ran business and pride ourselves on our customer service so would love the opportunity to address whatever the issue might be.
Parcel delivered to wrong address. Home fusion and postal service in dispute. Paid for goods and nothing to show for it.

We replied to this buyer on the same day they messaged us and arranged for a replacement to be sent. We have respectfully asked if this feedback might be removed.

Sent me rubbish and had to escalate to Pay Pal to obtain a refund as seller refused !

Really sorry you feel you had a bad experience with us. We did ask that you return the item for a refund as the item was not faulty or broken but unfortunately you were not prepared to do this. We authorised the refund as a goodwill gesture. Apologies again.
