“Ordered 3 glass cases, quality of cases , service and delivery was first rate, unfortunately the cases are shipped in the open position in a Jiffy bag, sadly , assume having heavy parcels placed onto Jiffy bag, the exposed closing clip on 2 of the cases was broken, in future would suggest that future postings have either the case in the closed position, or more padding to avoid breakages, thanks”
