“Seem to be very efficient - my order and payment went through very easily. Goods turned up quite quickly considering the postal strikes on at present.”

We have replied to this clients messages several times but unfortunately they must be going into their junk file as we have had no response. We also have no telephone number on the order to call. We will always try to resolve any issues where we can. If the client could email us photo's of the damage, we will happily replace or refund the order.
